You've gathered the gals, done your nails, swapped shoes and wrangled a car or designated driver. All that's left for the perfect girls night out is a place to meet, eat, dance and drink, right? That's where we come in. From VIP club scenes and karaoke dens to low-key wine bars and spa havens, we've pulled together San Diego's ultimate list of ladies night destinations.

Make reservations for a luxurious mani-pedi session with your group of gals, and the spa at the Se San Diego Hotel will comp everyone's valet parking. They're also an "alcohol friendly" spa and salon, so the martinis and mimosas are always flowing!
Single and ready to mingle with your ladies? Stingaree is it. Opt for dinner reservations downstairs first, so you don't have to pay the steep cover charges at the club. And you can feel good about drinking and dancing all night, 'cause the club is in the process of "going green" and earning LEED certification.
Need to shake it up? Look fabulous and get your shimmie on at On Broadway. Groups of gals never have trouble getting past the old-school bouncers.
Need to embarrass a bachelorette? Looking for "something different" for your sister's birthday? Try the dueling piano show at Shout House, where the lyrics are always raunchy, the drinks are always stiff, and you never know who's going to get called up on stage for a duet. Book a table if you have more than four people, and be sure to bring cash. Piano players are easily swayed by song requests that come with a Lincoln or two.
Treat the ladies to vine life for a night at North Park's unqiue Splash wine bar. All the wine is stored in vending machine-like dispensers, so you can taste a perfect 1oz. pour of anything before you commit to an entire glass. We love their yummy organic pizzas, too.
This is one girls night idea that requires a bit more planning: Cooking classes at Great News in PB. Their classes range from party appetizers to baking cupcakes, and they all book up well in advance. You get to watch the instructors from right behind the counter, tasting everything along the way, including wine. A perfect outing for your foodie girlfriends.
