Gordon Lightfoot Editorial Review
In Short
Gordon Lightfoot is a composer, lyricist, songster and poet--a true Renaissance Man. He made his name as a songwriter serving up classics for the likes of Elvis and Johnny Cash. However, over the course of his career, Lightfoot has recorded some 200 songs himself. His breakthrough came in 1970 with 'If You Could Read My Mind." Honored with numerous Grammys and international accolades, he is destined to be a legend in his own right.
