“The fish we got was dry and not that good.”
“There is a nice atmosphere in the restaurant.”
“The food is delicious here if you order the right thing but it is definitely a bit expensive.”
Great Hawaiian cuisine. I really like this restaurant because I haven't found another like it in all of San Diego. There theyre decor inside is very inviting and their food is fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who likes a wine and cuisine.
Great food!. Outstanding specials. Recommend reservations.
This sophisticated Hawaiian-fusion restaurant gives mainlanders an upscale taste of the islands..
Roy Yamaguchi opened his first restaurant in 1988 in Honolulu, Hawaii, blending European cooking techniques with locally produced ingredients and Asian spices. Today, his Hawaiian-fusion cuisine is served in a sophisticated atmosphere with dark woods, Asian accents and contemporary, island-inspired art. In addition to "Roy's classics" like Hawaiian-style misoyaki butterfish and the popular melting hot chocolate souffle, each location offers daily specials prepared by the local chef, all of whom are trained personally by Roy.
