THE BEST CONTRACTOR !!!!. GREAT CONTRACTOR!!!

We had hired Concorde for designing the plans for our house that we had recently purchased. Came to know about Raj from a friend who met him at a network meeting for contractors, and it turned out be the best advised we had got. His design was a perfect fit to our needs and was also a perfect fit for our neighborhood. We were so impressed by him that we also hired him to do the construction for us. He took care of the permits in no time too. The construction phase could not have gone any smoother too, he was there all the time and stayed ahead of schedule. The subs he has are very well qualified and very Courteous. I and my husband both work and could not be there all the time during construction but Raj took care of evrything for us , he even stayed late when the delivery guy was coming late to drop off the appliances for us. We have small kids and Raj made sure the place was kept clean .

I was always told that contractors are mean and always there to get you , i guess Raj has proved them wrong with his Professionalism. Dont know is people read reviews but for those who do and are looking to hire a great architect and an equally amazing contractor Raj 's your guy !!!

I know we have found a great comapny and a great contractor for all our future projects.

Great Contractor and Architects/engineers. We hired Concorde for our house rehab and renovation ad on, Concorde headed by Raj did a great job its was a complicated job and he handled the job very well. He did a great job on the design and the build out.

He did a perfect design for that fits our neighborhood and the construction went very well. He and his team of inhouse engineers did great work they acquired all our permits fast and they built out the house in timely schedule. i have to say me and my husband where always at work and i would trust this guy 100% he works hard and he truly strives to give the customer what they want. Even on upgrades we made he was very fair on price and executed the work in a professional manner.

I would highly recommend Concorde Consulting Group to anyone, they did a great design/build project.

I have been recommending him to alot of people, in fact i believe he just finished a restaurant in la mesa that i went to the work he did was excellent.

I believe has started several other jobs and i will continue to recommend him and his company and his team to people. He also does good work and is easy to work with. Its a two street when your doing construction and both customer and contractor have to work together and make solid decisions which raj was very valuable at doing and his subs where great on time and did what they said they would do

Me and husband are very pleased with his work and his true dedication.

Excellent Job --. Concorde Consulting Group,

just had Concorde do a remodel on a house of ours they did an excellent job on time and on budget. There team was very good and there subs where promt and move the job in a timely manner.

Raj and his team did an excellent job on the design and on the build out.

They also do large hotels and restaurants and apartment complexes projects.

DO NOT CALL THIS CONSULTANT. not a good company to contract. i had them working on a project and took them way too long where other companies took them half the time. they are good at the beginning with telling you how fast they are going but then delaying their submittal. also, their drawing sets submitted to the city of permit came back with too many revisions. i had to cancel my project with them and hire another consultant. they might be great people but not ready for medium to large size projects. i would not recommend this company if you value your time and money.

great work. Great engineers and architects, did great work inthe field as well, I would highly recommend Concorde Consulting Group, they did my plans in a timely manner, acquired the permts required and very within the budget agreed to. Excellent firm and great service.

They where very professional and where did a good job and where very responsive to the project.

Avoid this Engineer. Not a very trustworthy firm... will take your money quickly, but their to get to the end result -can last an entire economic cycle. Not good if you are in the business to make money.... sad thing, engineers, contractors, consultants, a=such as this one, will paralyze your project and ultimate hold your progress. Please do yourself a favor and look to other firms for your engineering/construction requirements.
