So-so customer service, did not pay same as internet quote

I've been here twice to buy music cd's and they've always seem to shine in that department. However, today i went into sell. Before I went, I quoted the prices of my items online. When I got there, the gentlemen at the counter greeted me warmly but then told me it would take an hour because they just got a large volume of items to pay out. So I stepped out for about an hour, came back, and the other lady worker there said, "oh, it's gonna take even longer now cuz there's three people ahead of you who have there stuff here and left", and i was like, "well, earlier the guy never mentioned i could reserve my place in line". She proceeded to NOT help me out and looked the other way. The guy tried to, but it was too late. So I waited another 40 mins or so to get my stuff paid out. I finally got my receipt from the cool guy(the other worker lady wasn't so customer service-friendly), and some of the stuff they were able to pay out did not match the online quote, but I didn't wanna complain at the time 'cuz i wanted to just get the heck outta there.. So in a nutshell, their customer service was poor, their pay outs did not match the online quote and they did not accept some of the stuff I brought in due to: "we have a lot of these already". I think this place is B.S.

Pros: tasty hot wings and hoagie restaurant next door

Cons: poor customer service and pay out quotes don't match online
