navy guys buy spice and gas. this is the place where most of the Navy gets their gas, its like 2 blocks from the base and its well known for selling Spice and 1ON pills, its great becasue you dont have to drive to a smoke shop in Pacific Beach.

The Run Around! Beware!.
I'm appalled at the lack of courtesy the employees at this Shell gas station has, truly AWFUL. I've been to other Shells and have always had great customer service. Not only did this gas station charged TWICE for gas (faulty machine), the employee refused to help refund the money right away and gave us the complete run around even though we brought bank statements in proving the mishap.
I will NEVER recommend this station to anyone! Beware!
