The office was great! Dr. Kory took very good care of me and answered all my questions regarding all my treatment. This office really cares about their patients.
I feel everyone I see, Affinity is a friend who cares about me. Dr. Kory, Angie, Brittani, Luis, and Jose
All staff was very friendly. Very attentive- good "bedside" manner.
Excellent Service. I have come to this dental office on numerous occasions, and each time I experienced excellent service from staff who were sensitive to my needs. All staff/assistant members were great! They really went above and beyond to make my experience as comfortable as possible. I truly appreciate their excellent patient services.
Terrible – I wish I would of read the reviews before I went here. The receptionist was amazingly rude. They tried to add on a number of services that were not paid for by my insurance. A $100 mouth wash solution, a $67 oral exam solution, etc..They have a lady sit down with you to go over things to try and slip it by you as if it is the actual bill. But my insurance is decent, delta dental premier and they have always covered the full exam and cleaning and they were trying to add all this to the bill. It would have not been so bad if the receptionist was not so rude. I tried to get a cleaning and checkup and they made me come back for the cleaning another time when the office was practically empty. I think they don't have a full-time staff there to cut costs. What a failure of a business.
Ripp Off, Scams & High-pressure sales – I used my HMO referral service to find Hillcrest Family Dental. I scheduled what I thought would be a routine check-up/initial consultation. What I found instead was over 2 hours of high pressure sales tactics to try to get me to have unnecessary & expensive procedures done. After getting my x-rays taken I was taken into an office where a ?Treatment Coordinator? has you watch these series of videos about all these potential fatal things that could result if you don?t have these procedures done. After about almost an hour of these sales tactics the Dentist comes in and continues with the sales pitch. She basically states that I have no cavities or anything major but recommends this deep cleansing procedure that includes an ?Arestin? (antibiotic therapy treatment) which my insurance does not cover. Why I was there the Dentist talked me into having a $65.00 procedure that supposedly recognizes pre-cancerous cells in your mouth & gums. Again, not covered by my insurance and it involved a ?glow stick? much like the ones found at concerts & night clubs (total rip-off). They gave me a folder containing all these procedures along with an estimate of about $1,500.00 out of pocket expenses. After I declined to schedule the procedure they would not schedule the general cleaning appointment that I originally came in for. Mind you I just went to my old Dentist less than 6 months ago and I did not have any of these issues.
a bunch of liars and thieves. read ALL their bad reviews on many sites – hillcrest family dental will rip you off in my opinion. i paid them over $2,000 because they scared me and said I needed an extensive cleaning which would require numbing and medication.
my teeth have always been perfect. they scared me so much and I had just gotten the new insurance, so like an idiot, i believed them.
the procedure was painful. it was unnecessary and costly. very costly.
