Tips for ASI Hastings Heating and Air

They came out to my place to check AC/heater. Charged $67 for "diagnosis" He did not do anything. He looked at the unit and told me it needs to be replaced because it's old. He did not run any tests or diagnose anything. Then he pulled the fuse block so I'm not wasting power. Tried putting the fuse block back in and now the unit does not get any power at all. Thanks for making it worse.

High quality work. These guys were recommended to me by a friend. My A/C unit went dead during a recent heatwave. I didn't shop around so can't speak to pricing. But the guys who assessed my house did a great job. They had some pretty sophisticated tools to measure what I needed (way better than some contractor who'd speculate on what I need). They came on time, fixed all kinds of installation mistakes I inherited from the prior homeowner. They've been honest about what I need and don't. Now I have a unit I trust for the next 20 years!

ASI. ASI installed our A/C about 5-6 years ago. Every technician we have had service out A/C unit has been experienced, courteous and very helpful and never pushy about selling other products. They tell us and let us make the decision. Great and reliable company to do business with.

Great AC/Heating Service. I have used this company since 2000. They are reliable, clean, and work with my schedule to arrange service calls. They will call before they arrive so you don't necessarily have to wait around all day. I have recommended them to my friends and family.

ASI is dependable and does excellent work without fail !!!!!.
Our heaters and air conditioners serviced by Toney Jackson with ASI was both professional and excellent recently. This lives up to what we've learned to experience over many years without fail from ASI !!!

GREAT SERVICE.
WE HAD A NEW AIRCONDILTIONER AND HEATER INSTALLED BY ASI. THE TECH PEOPLE WERE NEAT AND VERY EFFICIENT.

ASI Hastings technician did a Great JOB !!!. We are very pleased with the tune up on our a/c unit this week. As a mechanical engineer in an aerospace company, I always ask a lot of technical questions. The service technician's answers to my questions prove that he is competent and knowledgeable. We are happy that we found a reliable company. We will call ASI Hastings to do annual services on our heating and a/c units.

White Glove Guys - Did the Job!!.
I've had ASI do a tune up on my a/c unit, they did such a great job of bringing it back to the way it cooled when we first purchased it. What a great job.
I like the job they did on my old unit that when we added a second story, they installed a second unit since the old unit cooled downstairs but just didn't have enough BTUs to cover both areas.
They explained all the details, so me the numbers ( I'm an engineer ) and they were correct. The job was completed on time and has been working flawlessly.
I have them out each spring to tune the units. Money well spent! Saves on the Electric Bill!!!!

On Time. Chris Simmons was polite, and respectfully, no hard sale talk. Work was completeed in a time even while answering my questions about my (air condition) equipment. Left the brochure and as I said before he answer all my questions.
