In Short
Anchored by Nordstrom, Macy's and Sears, this lushly landscaped mall features an Olympic-sized ice rink and popular stores like Cache, Hollister, Sephora, Apple Computer, Benetton, Anthropologie, Lucky Brand Jeans, Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma. Full-service restaurants include Peking Palace, Red Robin, Cozymel's, Miami Grille and Boudin Bakery Café, while the food court offers a dozen fast food eateries. An exciting revitalization project over the next four years will add 750,000 square feet of space for new stores, a state-of-the-art cinema and additional outdoor plazas. Billed as a model for green development in the shopping center industry, the upgraded center will also include residential units and a transit center.

The UTC mall is the closest around, but they do not have the best quality of stores. Macy's is always messy and no one is ever there to help you, as well as Sears and Norstroms. They other stores are ridiculously over priced unless you go for a sale. The selection of stores is not the best they are either too expensive or you have no use for the places. It is definitly not the best mall in California, they need more stores for nice, but less expensive clothes, without ruining it with a Walmart or Marshalls.

I've been here many many times and like their selection for shopping but there's really not much in the way of eateries here. Their layout is odd, almost like a starfish, which requires you to double-back on your route often. More for going specifically for something rather than just walking around. Parking is very difficult on weekends and sometimes requires quite a treck.
