I spent over $2100 on what I thought was an decent system for my 2010 Chevy Corvette. I don't appreciate any change in sound quality, just a big dent in my wallet.

I don't appreciate being up sold and overcharged for the same items that I found on http://Amazon.com which were 50%-75% cheaper for the exact same product. Even Best Buy sold the same electronics for less. The buyer must beware. There are two guys who I encountered who manage the store. Tom, who is a really cool guy is the best choice if you want honesty and somebody who will work within your budget. Duy, a younger guy who tries to inflict guilt for choosing audio equipment that meets his standards and costs the customer an arm and a leg. This doesn't work for me, and I refuse to pay $5,000 for a custom sound system, because it is made in Italy.. I live within my means..

The installation to my Corvette was shoddy. It took three separate installation, totaling 10 hours. The first installation included a large chunk in the face plate and a missing I-Pod connect cable that is the life line to the audio video system, the second install was to correct the problems of the first install. ( I had to cancel client appointments because of this) The last install was installing a new 4 channel amp, Infinity door speakers and an Infinity Sub woofer. No problems with the speakers, but now the drivers door on my Corvette won't close correctly due to there wiring obstructing the door jam.

Moreover, the video display unit sits crooked in the dash even after I asked them to correct it.

My experience at Car Audio Heaven has been less than favorable. I expected quality service for the price. $1600 for parts, and my charge for labor was $500!

I would have to agree with Marvin B's review " the installation looked like it was done in a backyard for a 12 pack of Heineken's" There markup for audio equipment is tremendously high, and I am one unhappy customer.

I will take my Corvette to La Jolla Audio, pay big $, but get things done right.

Disgusted....
