I love The Perfect Workout! After about 8 weeks of only 20 minutes a week, my friends and family noticed the difference in my body for the better. My goals for my body were met and now I'm going to continue because I want to keep looking my best. This is the best workout I've ever done and the best thing about it is it's over in 2O minutes!
The perfect workout is just that! The trainers are tough, yet terrific in making each client work their hardest. I love knowing that I give my all for 20 minutes and then don't come back for 3-4 days. I feel stronger, and more balanced.
I am really enjoying my Perfect Workout. All of the trainers are very good and supportive to help me do all of my exercises correctly with a good slow pace. I can't believe how doing the workout for only 20-minutes, twice a week, has made me feel so much better and stronger. I think I will continue doing it for a long time!
I have been going to the Perfect
Workout for almost 3 years now and it has changed my life! I first went at age 58 when I had gained weight and was just feeling "too old for my age." Within 6 months (along with healthy eating) I was back to my pre-menopausal weight and was more toned and stronger than when I was 40.
