Great location - you can see the ocean/beach from just outside the courtyard. This is a basic hotel - not fancy, but if you're like us, we just want a clean place to sleep, take a shower and get ready for the day - we're not staying in the room - we're out and about all the time. It's been quiet every time we have stayed - we've been back three times now. It isn't fancy - it isn't a resort - just a small, and very convenient place to stay - there are burger shops, pizza, and Kono's (a breakfast place - take and go- about 3 blocks south on the boardwalk and right next to that is an outdoor cafe for iced coffee or hot coffee. The great thing is - there's parking right there - you can walk to the beach -
