Had to leave without getting a cut. I went inside All Ameican Deluxe Oceanside barber shop to get a haircut but had to leave without getting one because of the smell. All of the people working there on the day I tried it were repeatedly stepping outside to smoke cigarettes. It's a very small store and apparently the people who work there don't realize how badly they smell when they smoke cigarettes! Sense of smell is an important part of the core customer experience at a hair salon, and it affected me. It turned me off. I guess I know why there are constantly changing the name of the shop. First All American, then All American Deluxe and then Oceanside barber.

At least it was cheap. My husband and I went here because we needed a place that gave cheap military haircuts. There were 3 people working all looked under 20 years old. The waiting area is about 2 feet from the chairs so when you sit down to wait, you have put your feet on other people's hair (GROSS). While my husband was getting his haircut, the 18 year old left him a few times to go to a back room and fast forward/mess around with the movie they had playing.. very annoying especially after waiting 30 minutes.

All that being said, his hair did look nice and it only cost $7. At least it was cheap.

Classic 3 stoogies barber shop. On the up-side, the haircut was only $12, which is one of the only things I ve found cheaper here in CA than back home in Dallas - so, yee haw to that! On the other hand, in a flash, my sideburns were gone gone gone - buzzed off with clippers faster than I could say hey - I kinda liked those! .
