Frustrating & sneaky - WATCH OUT!!!

by SDJB

Our photographer was excellent, but the service from the company was not. Their contract has very deceptive language in it...read the fine print and ASK QUESTIONS. THEY WILL TRY TO TRICK YOU AT EVERY TURN and it will cost you money. I would not recommend them to anyone. Also, they really lagged on service and answering e-mails with very important questions. Our orders were EXTREMELY late. Just an overall horrible experience working with these people.

  • Pros: Photo quality
  • Cons: deceptive contracts, slow response to e-mails, orders lagged

Loved Aquario! Reccommend to All my Friends.

by purple416

I used Aquario for a wedding about 2 months ago and I thought they did an awesome job. My biggest regret was that I didn't use them for my engagement photos. My wedding pictures are so unique and beautiful I am telling all of my friends to use them for their weddings. The pictures look like something out of a magazine. My youngest sister is going to do her senior graduate pictures with them, I can't wait to see how they turn out!

  • Pros: Creative, professional
  • Cons: What are the drawbacks?

Waste of money!

by member2829

The phototgrapher / owner was over half an hour late for the engagement photos. At the wedding he was rude to the wedding party, when we asked for a family photo you would have thought we were asking him to cut off an arm. Needless to say that we didn't get any photos of the extended family. He used some kind of infarred lens on some of the pictures that made the groom look like he was wearing a clown suit. It took for ever for the photos to be posted to the website so we could view them. Once the images were posted, they didn't post all of them so we had to ask where they were. Part of the contract was for a photo album that they would work with us on designing, well they posted a "sample" that was just a bunch of random photos, not even the ones we wanted, when asked they said because they already designed one (on-line mind you as a "sample") that we would have to do this one on our own. The photos taken by the guests turned out better then his "professional" ones. Overall for the money spent, it was not worth it at all. An individual in the wedding party had planned on using him at his wedding the following month, needless to say the Monday following the wedding he found a new photographer primarily because of this guys attitude.

This photographer was recommended to us by others who had wonderful experiences and their photos looked great, unfortunately we were not as lucky and as a result ended up with a terrible photography experience. Fortunately though, if we had to do it over again, the only thing that we would change would be the photographer. For the money, the quality and professionalism just wasn't there!

  • Pros: Having access to the photographs on-line was great
  • Cons: The attitude of the photographyer / owner, lack of professionalism and quality of the photos
