It is located at a new address, it is 355 K Street, Suite P, Chula Vista, CA 91911 and the phone number is 619-426-4150, I highly recommend to a person that does not want to use pills or take shots, this is all natural and there is NO rebound, my wife came and lost 65 lbs, my cousin lost 35 lbs. it works!
Pros: value oriented
Cons: only open from 12:00pm to 7:00pm
