Amazing hilights by Susan!. I think the overall experience with this salon is based on the stylist you get. I went in there a couple hours before closing wanting to get half hi -lights and a haircut, and even though I have very long, thick and curly hair they didn't tell me no. instead, Susan told me she would stay past closing to work on my hair for me, and wow! Am I glad I got her!!! I wanted light ash blond highlights on very dark hair and I was worried she would tell me it wouldnt be possible, but she said no problem and delivered on her promise. She got it to the exact shade that I wanted, with almost no damage, something that is extremely hard to do. Her prices were lower than everywhere else that I have done my hair, and lower than some of the other stylists there. she is a perfectionist who pays a great deal of attention to detail, repeatedly going over my hair to make sure the haircut was exactly symmetrical. I would highly highly recommend Susan, she is such a sweetheart and so genuine. Did not try to push any products on me, listened carefully to get what I wanted exactly right, took her time to make sure it was perfect.I am so happy with my hair and I am so happy I finally found someone who gets what I want exactly.

pink eye alert!. I decided to support my local communitie's economy so I booked an appt for hair styling and make up at this salon for the very first time. I often go to hair salons and I was not impressed with their services one bit and to top it off I developed pinkeye a couple days later. After contacting the manager Jessica Ginn to report my diagnosis, she completely blew me off and not only did not have one ounce of sympathy for my situation, but practically blamed me for having to buy new make up brushes for the salon. Needless to say Customer Service is not her main priority and getting my money back was completely of the question. My experience there has led me to lose 4 days of work due to the contagiousness of the matter and much discomfort, on top of throwing away my hard earned money. I really hope this is an isolated matter but thats not for me to research. I have contacted the appropriate state medical board and business relations agencies for that. Please pass this information along to all your friends..I know I will.
