Awful, terrible, disrespectful, liars, unprofessional!. Dentist Chan Kim Nguyen was the worst experience of my professional life. I was referred to this low dental office by two friends. I paid $2400 for making bridge which was accidentally broken Other dentist wanted to charge me $3600 so I tried to go for him even his office was quite far away from my location. I was told by the person I had a consultation with that was impossible and that he's been there many years . The new bridge was not suitable when I looked at them at home so I asked him to take them out to redo a perfect one to be more naturally. It was non stop bs and lies. After the appointment I called to complain. I spoke to him, but he tried to refuse. I felt like I was being sold a car. He was very rude and unreasonable . He said I agree with them at first no matter what I feel. I complained and forced him to fix it for me. This man was rude, disrespectful and only seemed interested in telling me that I was cheap. I told him that I was perfectly willing to pay a couple hundred dollars for the lab to make me a new one because it might go with me until I die All I wanted to know was naturally that fits to my other teethes and his job was to take out for dental lab He did it to me in bad manner as if I made trouble for him and said" I am talkative" So, apparently, he never respect client's ideas for what he service like I have to beg him for a favor. The temporary ones constantly felt out many times so I had to come back again and again so that I felt terrible every time I came there. He raised his voice to me, talked over me and yelled at me. I finally had to yell at him because he wouldn't let me talk and I am not accustomed to being yelled at. I have done some research on all the reviews for this office and found out almost clients are Vietnamese, Mexican or African who are limited in English. He is retired so he works only twice a week. Let me make clear that this bad review has nothing to do with the price I was quoted. It has everything to do with the lies I was told and the way that I was talked to and yelled at. I think that the other dentist in office is much too nice and professional to work than this old guy who is the worst dentist I have ever met in my life. I would recommend any one reading this review "SHOULD STAY AWAY DENTIST CHAN KIM NGUYEN" or getting bad experience in your life
