Excellent design and customer service. I have impressed by their flower design I got from their store. It is not only beautiful but artistic. A flower design of orchids and tropical flowers of-I forgat the name-fluffy pink color was amazing. It lasted almost two weeks freshly. Their customer service was also excellent. Most of all, I loved all the gorgeous flower arrangements there in the store. That was the best florist I've ever seen.

Great design and roses actualy last 2 weeks!. As I walked in Floral Gallery Shop, you can feel confident that they can do the job. The shop is pretty and full of good gift. Customer service is extra ordinary. I'm very happy with their design and price that is unbelievable. Definetely recommendable. I wish all florist are the same.

Just plain happy about it. and it's meets my standard.

loyaly. Floral Gallery Team of Designers are very generous in their design. High quality and their customer service is superb! I can't believed how they took care of my order , last minute request. They rushed to sent my lovely wife the most beautiful roses in such a short noticed. Being away, this is important that I can trust my florist. My wife was extremly happy and was suprised that I was able to send flowers from Irag.

Poor Customer Service. Flowers are inherently beautiful; my complaint is with the customer service I received from The Floral Gallery. I was delivered the incorrect flowers (via online order). Upon delivery of the correct flowers they took back the original arrangement with my card still attached. They returned my card but I was shocked that they took the original arrangement. The whole situation struck me as tacky and definitely lacking in customer service. If an error is made upon the part of The Floral Gallery in my opinion they should take the loss and leave me my flowers, not take them back after they were on my desk for a day and sell them to another customer. Poor service to me and to the unsuspecting next customer who will be delivered day old flowers.
