Excellent design and customer service. I have impressed by their flower design I got from their store. It is not only beautiful but artistic. A flower design of orchids and tropical flowers of-I forgat the name-fluffy pink color was amazing. It lasted almost two weeks freshly. Their customer service was also excellent. Most of all, I loved all the gorgeous flower arrangements there in the store. That was the best florist I've ever seen.…

Poor Customer Service. Flowers are inherently beautiful; my complaint is with the customer service I received from The Floral Gallery. I was delivered the incorrect flowers (via online order). Upon delivery of the correct flowers they took back the original arrangement with my card still attached. They returned my card but I was shocked that they took the original arrangement. The whole situation struck me as tacky and definitely lacking in customer service. If an error is made upon the part of The Floral Gallery in my opinion they should take the loss and leave me my flowers, not take them back after they were on my desk for a day and sell them to another customer. Poor service to me and to the unsuspecting next customer who will be delivered day old flowers.…
