Two steps back

The first day of the program my confidentiality and privacy were breeched. By law, as you may be aware of, every single participant has a right to keep her or his information private. But if medi-cal is funding your treatment, pretty much anyone who works for the county, state, police department, school district, or even interning psychology college student can have access to your medical file. They are supposed to have "a right to know" to look at your documents. You are better off getting your own private treatment elsewhere if you can.
