I was told my initial appointment would be complimentary, a.k.a. “free.” During my visit, they pressed pretty hard for a plan of chiropractic care, and a payment plan, and payment options, to which I responded that I would pay as I went. I went back for a second visit, and paid upon leaving. I was charged for both visits, which included the supposedly “free” one. I didn’t think about it at the time but later called and emailed about a refund, to which there has been no response.

The chiropractor was with me for less than 10 minutes on both occasions. I thought the chiropractor’s time during the complimentary visit was cut short because it was free, but the time during the second visit was actually shorter than the first. It wasn’t worth the money.

During both my visits, they were constantly gossiping, talking trash and making fun of their other patients and their physical problems. I felt really uncomfortable, as if they would be discussing everything that happened during my visits as gossip during others’ appointment.

I wasn’t planning on going back anyway, but charging me for my supposedly “free” visit really just cemented it.

Look no further if you are seeking quality chiropractic care!!! The doctors are so knowledgeable and friendly! They will take the time to answer any questions you may have and even give you pointers about things you didn't think to ask. I went to this office based on a recommendation from my co-worker - I had hurt my back while doing some work in the backyard; it ended up being a problem with my lower right rib. They took xrays, showed me the problem and described the plan of action to correct it. After the first visit I noticed a huge improvement!!! And it has never bothered me even remotely as close as before I went to see them. In addition, the massage therapists are amazing! I had never had a legitimate massage before and after 30 minutes with these folks I feel so relaxed and loose! The massage therapists are very friendly as well and will adjust the pressure and time spent in areas as you desire. I cannot say enough good things about this place and highly recommend it!

Awesome Clinic. Fantastic Service. Amazing progress. I've been coming here for about 2 months now, and all I can say is every time I leave, I just want to come back. I initially came in for knee pain from playing soccer (couldn't play at all) and after about 1 month of treatment, I was back on the field. The atmosphere is great, and the employees are always friendly. I recommend this place to anyone who needs treatment for any type of aches and pains, you'll leave feeling better, guaranteed!

Best experience!. I came to Scripps Chiropractic Clinic only 2 weeks ago. I suffered from long term debilitating pain. I am grateful to say my pain is non existent at this point. In addition, the entire staff is professional, supportive and exceedingly kind. I am very happy I went here!

A good experience. I was barely able to waddle in there with a massive lower back pain. Once I got in and got my first treatment I knew i had picked the right place. My pain was feeling a lot better after two sessions and I got a recovery plan as well as x-rays taken to make sure it wasn't something more serious. I feel fortunate for being able to go to a place I feel comfortable. I like the care and the doctors very much and I think it has been a good experience.

Less then 1 star. What can i say about this place? well nothing good to be honest. I have actually given this place a couple chances but everytime I go I leave dissapointed! If it was'nt for the ONLY good person this place has which is DR. LAWSEN! I think this place would be long gone by now. The owner , so called Dr is so unprofesional she talks about all her problems to the patients we come in to get therapy not to give you therapy, so a word of advice keep your business to yourself not everyone needs to know your problems. Everytime I go in its a different person greeting me? what is that about there is so much turn over its ridicoulous!! That also says alot about the place. The massages are ok but its clear they dont really know what they are doing you ask the "therapist" a question about why it feels that way and they have no answers? This place is kind of sketchy they are expensive and they dont care about the patients all they care about is if you have insurance, if you dont they massage you for 10 min and send you on your way. Its not right i would give this place a negative 1 ... sad but true

Best Chiropratic Clinic. I first came to Scripps Chiropractic Clinic about 4 years ago. I had pulled my lower back out and could barely walk into the office. They were excellent. I have been to other chiropractic offices and have been treated well but none like this. The difference is the great chiropractor coupled with the deep message therapy treatment.

The combinations of treatments relax my muscles and allowed my bones and joints to move and remain in proper position. My recovery time was greatly reduced as a direct result of their treatments.

It seems that each year I around June I pull my back out while trying to get my backyard cleaned up for the summer. Each I go back to Scripps Chiropractic Clinic and they once again correct what I have messed up. I also trust them with the care of my wife and daughters.

You may find other Chiropractors that are fine at their practice but you will never find a better, more complete treatment then at Scripps Chiropractic Clinic.

Scripps Chiropractic No Ka Oi!. I was first introduced to Scripps Chiropractic during an event at my church. Dr.Tay and her staff were friendly, courteous, and professional then and continue that way today. When I arrived, my neck and upper back were very sore and stiff. After only 10 treatments, Dr.Tay and Dr.Lawson, have improved my condition immeasurably! Dr.Tay and Dr. Lawson, along with their excellent staff come highly recommended!

I swear, the acupuncture feels so good!. I come here because I am serious about getting better and committed to my treatment. "Healthy mind, healthy spine!" I wouldn't come back if I didn't enjoy coming in. Life is too short to hang out with people you don't enjoy and I truly enjoy my time with the doctors and staff here!
