Groupon Customers Are The Worst. The reviewer "nomisnimis" is a Groupon customer. A person that can get a refund from Groupon if they are unhappy with their purchase. A person that has nothing better to do with their time than complain even though their complaint can be easily fixed. You can't be scamming people if they can get their money refunded. That is not how a scam works. Grow up.

shaddy!!!. I was persuaded to purchase one of their specials and were told that I can use it for at least the next six months. However, every time I would call to make an appointment they would ask if I had a "special" certificate or coupon and behold there would be "no opening". I tried this for few months and finally asked to speak to the management. I was told that I was speaking to the management whom would not give her name nor provide any specific reason and hung up. I believe they are running a scam. Be Warned! Make sure you have a scheduled flight that they honor and will not cancel BEFORE YOU BUY any certificates or specials for or from them.
