Unpleasant experience. My experience in this restaurant wasn?t pleasant.

I ordered the special of the day which included half lobster $28. The lobster wasn?t fresh so I didn?t eat it and I got a piece of plastic inside my plate. The manager was impolite when telling him about this so I pay (with 10% off) and left. I will never go back.

The only positive thing was the service from the waiter which was really nice and professional, he got 22% tip

Disappointing 1st visit; will not give it another try. Location and décor does not make up for poor service and mediocre food. I selected Café Milano for a special dinner with my girlfriend and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. When we first sat down, the restaurant had approximately four other tables with customers. We were rushed from the start, and the servers were not attentive to our needs. The restaurant did not provide the romantic atmosphere that I was hoping for and we did not feel well from dinner later in the evening. We ordered the special found on the website, which included an appetizer, two entrees, bottle of wine & two desserts. We did not have a choice on the appetizer; however we had the option of selecting either a red or white wine and our entrees. The server did not take our dessert selection at the time of ordering & at the completion of the meal; the server did not mention that the special included dessert or offer to receive it to go. I have no intentions of returning and do not recommend this establishment.
