Too bad this place is closed down. I
just wanted to show some love. This place was a great place to catch the games, and catch a bite to eat. I'm very happy I got to try this place out before it closed down. The food was great, the service was good, and the atmosphere/decor was amazing.
Weird that in the city of the Chargers, basically the Chargers' restaurant closed down.

Get there before Two for Lunch.
I am told that this place has a pretty good sushi bar, however, when we arrived for a late lunch, we found that the sushi bar is open only from 1100-1400 for the lunch crowd. But since were were already there, and unable to try their sushi, we went for some of their more mainstream dishes. The service could have been better, as our drinks got to the bottom of the glass a couple times without being refilled, and a couple times we got drinks that we didn't order all together. For appetizers we had the crab cakes, which were larger then what you'd find elsewhere, but not as good, better then decent, but not great.
My wife had the alfredo pasta which she really enjoyed with jumbo shrimp and chicken. I had the New York Steak sandwich. The meat was a little over done, and the bread could have been better.
Overall, go if you like the sports memorabilia, otherwise, although they have a wide and varied menu, unless you are in a large group that can't decide what to get, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Junior Seau scores at the huge restaurant and sports bar with room for more than just Chargers fans..
In Short
All-Pro linebacker Junior Seau's 14,500-square-foot restaurant is like one big touchdown celebration on game days. The main 12x14-foot flat-screen, plus 60 other television monitors catch all the action, while hungry sports fans nosh on the all-American menu of burgers, salads and classic fried-food appetizers perfect for sharing with a beer in the "Seau's Saloon" section. A full sushi and sake menu offers a healthier option.
