Poor Customer Service. I just came for my appointment for Crybaby lashes. My appointment was at 12:45 PM with Cindy. I drove all the way from Temecula and booked this appointment 3 weeks ago. My bachelorette party is tomorrow and really wanted to have some amazing lashes. I arrived at your salon and was told by Cindy that I did not have an appointment. I know exactly when I scheduled it for since I have a time crunch with my bachelorette party and all the things I needed to get done prior. I was informed that my appointment was written down for Friday at 3:30 pm. I knew this was a mistake since I wouldn't even be available at that time. Cindy said I would have to wait until 5:30 pm (again I would not be available). I am so upset by this lack of service- 2 hours of driving to and from Temecula only to be told my appointment was scheduled wrong. What a horrible way to start off what is supposed to be a happy occasion. I feel Cindy should have apologized and respected my appointment time even if that meant running a little late on her appointments or tried to squeeze me in between appts. In fact when I asked to speak with the owner, Cindy told me she was the owner but then I found that Julie Parker is listed as the owner on their website. I am upset about the lack of service and accommodation provided to me. This customer service is unacceptable and rude.
