Love This Place!. I was a former customer of Discovery Bank and was hesitant when CommerceWest Bank acquired them as I have been at a bank before when they went through a merger and had multiple problems with my accounts. I was not sure what to expect. This time it was completely different and I am so happy that I decided to stay with them. They kept me well informed through the process and I even got to personally meet with the President of their bank. Every time I talk to one of their employees, they are so personable and excited to hear from me about what is going on in my life.
STAY AWAY!. I wish I could give this bank 0 stars. they pretty much have done everything that you possibly can to screw up our accounts. We have had money lost for over a month that they "can't find," check numbers put through that are incorrect, accounts lost, OTHER PEOPLE'S ACCOUNT INFORMATION SENT TO US, checks lost, etc. etc. AND, we have 62 accounts with them! Every single one of them is a mess. Three month's later we are still dealing with it, and the SAME things are still going wrong. Don't let them sell you on their "superior" technology. It' is terrible! Even crappy banks like Washinton Mutual, who is known for this kind of stuff, has never screwed up this much. I have never, ever seen this type of mismanagement. We will be filing a complaint with the OCC for mismanagement of funds, violations in the privacy act, and violation of other banking regulations.
