BY FAR THE BEST. Thanks so much for the wonderful service you provided in such short notice. You had Tom out here within a few hours of my call. He didn't try to pressure us on anything, yet gave us our options and his opinions which were highly valuable to us. We are so happy with the new a/c and the attention to detail on our project. Everyone was very respectful of our home and our Family. You will be seeing all our friends and neighbors.

DO NOT USE. Careful. The owner ( LLOYD GOWER) stopped paying the bills to force a close. He wanted to start an advertising company instead, so he took customers money to start KEY TARGET MEDIA, SDCONSUMER and left his employees in the cold. He will say anything to get your money.

Avoiding service calls by going out of business. Amana heat pumps installed in June (2008). They appeared to have done a good job. But progressively warmer air required a service call mid-August to recharge refrigerant and tighten loose fitting. Now, September 2, 2008, warm air from ducts again. This time a call to their 800 number is answered with; "They are out of business". Amana says they only warranty parts. So I am on my own now.

The Best. speech was clean

service men were knowledgeable. There wasn't any smoking, their speech was clean, they were on time, and true to their promises. They also wore shoe guards to do their best to keep my home clean. We will recommend your company to anyone."
