This is my favorite Indian Casino in California. The atmosphere is very much like old vegas. They could stand to have more table games, but you should be able to find an open blackjack seat without too much waiting. Tons of coin games if you like them too. They even have an outlet mall across the street.

There's nothing worse than reeking of cigarette smoke and feeling sick from over-exposure. Even though I would prefer a completely blocked off non-smoking slot room, this is better than sitting in a smoke-filled room, exposing your lungs to cigarette smoke. Aside from the casino, they have a very nice outlet shopping mall with a nice fountain display on certain weeknights and every weekend. Don't forget to visit the Perry Ellis store for your coupons.

Located in Alpine, this San Diego Casino combines a shopping and gaming experience to draw you in. It's a nice place to get away if you're into gaming or shopping though I'd recommend you set a limit for yourself. They have their own outlet with a variety of shops such as Eddie Bauer, Polo, Vans, and many other retail/clothing and other stores. The casino is pretty big with games ranging from machine slots to table games such as pai gow, black jack, roulette, etc etc. Their poker room is pretty big and has a variety of no limit games and limit games. Some days you'll be lucky to see the 15-30 limit game going which is crazier than no-limit in my opinion. Sign up for their club viejas card to earn points when you play and get prizes or entered into drawings, usually there's a lot of free stuff to get such as t-shirts and discounts or cash prizes! They have a bunch of tournaments too. Their food is also up there with their buffet being tops I think, you just have to try it! One thing I don't like, just as the other casinos is the indoor smoking policy, which allows people to smoke inside. Minus that and the drive to actually get there it's a good place to go with friends, again set yourself a limit before you sit down at a table or game.
