La Costa Seashore appts.
The location is nice, peaceful and quite. If somebody else owned the apartments i would stay for longer.
Landlord is an ass-hat. Had problems with parking, with maintenance and he's attitude. When moved in, carpet was dirty (impossible to clean) so it took them almost a year and a half to replace the carpet. Dish washer was braking almost every week (fortunately now it's fixed and hopefully it's gonna stay that way).
Asked landlord for the owners phone number, he refused to give it to me...
