Worst salon ever. i went to get some highlights done, my regular girl was not there so they sent me to some woman who had no idea what she was doing. I could not have explained what i wanted better, i showed her hair color examples and photos. After three hours I left crying. She charged me over two hundred dollars and when I complained the manager told me i could not get a refund and could only have my hair fixed by the same stylist. So i sat and waited while she was rude to me and very obviosuly and spitefully made my hair look worse. I asked for deep brown low lights I walked out with platinum white and black streaks, she cut my bangs way too short and they refused to refund any money. When i explained I would never come back the manager said that was the only way they could fix the problem and REFUSED to discuss other options. She said unless I came back and sat with another stylist she couldnt do anything and to please explain to everyone i knew she made that option available to me. Yeah like i was going to have them destroy my hair even more! that was almost two years agom and my current stylist is still trying to fix and get the "orange" left over out of my hair. NEVER GO THERE!!
