Im a regular and they know it. If anyone loves sushi, its my mom and I. We have tried several sushi places in San Diego, we used to go to Tori Tori off of El Cajon blvd. but then we moved. As fish fanatics, we started our search for a closer sushi place. AS SOON AS WE TRIED IT FOR THE FIRST TIME WE FELL IN LOVE. Toro Sushi is simply the best. The prices are affordable and the pieces are HUGE!! Not once have i ever been disappointed, and every time we go in they greet us with big smiles. We often go at least 4x a week bc we cant get enough, and even when they are full, they do not turn you away :) Their walls are covered with pictures of their sushi fans, like we are their family, and when you leave they say "see you tomorrow"...which eventually becomes true!! BEST SUSHI PLACE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
