Koryn Sheppard...What can I say? just when I felt lost and didn't know which direction to go or where to begin..I knew I had to seek legal advice and fast and couldn't have been more luckier to find an attorney who would not only listen to me but was able to negotiate my child custody and modify my child support without be dragged to court..Thank you Koryn .. for the great work you do especially in keeping family together may you know what a blessing you are to the community..Thanks for being the light in my dark hour.

Goldberg and Jones was a fantastic help in working through the particulars of my divorce. They answered all of my questions and concerns very thoroughly and respectfully. I am from across the country, in Pennsylvania. In 2008 I got married in California to a woman I thought I'd love forever; we were one of the many same-sex marriages that took place that year. If you're on this website you know that love doesn't always last forever, and unfortunately, sometimes break-ups get quite...ugly, to say the least. My PA lawyer directed me to Goldberg Jones, specifically Angela Nalu, to handle my divorce. Same-sex divorces were uncharted waters at this time, and with the exception of my (now official) divorce, they still are very much uncharted. Angela Nalu was an absolute pleasure to deal with; I truly cannot say enough positive things about her and my experience working with her on my divorce. She was consistently on top of my case from beginning to end. She persevered with phone calls, emails, voice messages, and letters, despite my (then) wife's refusal to comply (or even respond in any way, shape or form). She sent me all the necessary documentation via email and the USPS to clearly illustrate all of the steps necessary to complete my divorce. I was thoroughly updated with all news (even the lack of news) throughout the entire process. Her knowledge, capability, and acuity as a lawyer, and as a fellow human being left me feeling completely at ease, knowing she and I had the same goal, and that she'd stop at nothing to reach it. Despite having not one same-sex divorce case to refer to, Angela Nalu went above and beyond my expectations. She is an exemplary lawyer, and did a commendable job getting my divorce done, and fastened securely in my past.

I paid for a 1-hour consultation with some hesitation given the many free offers which abound on the internet. I forged onward, however, given the firm's solid reputation. I can say with confidence that it was one of the best investments I have ever made. I met with Zephyr who took the time to understand the specifics and uniqueness of my situation. He proceeded to enlighten me in ways that I could not have imagined. His guidance will save me tens of thousands of dollars in the near term, and significantly more over the course of time. I would not consider working with another firm and give Goldberg Jones my strongest endorsement.
