I Phone 4. Good Morning Gentlemen

Can you help, I have purchased a new I Phone 4 from apple, I have been trying to unlock for 3 weeks now, I invested $50 on the internet for unlock code but all I get is excuses on why the code is not working.

I am in San Diego on the 4th Dec 2010, would it be possible to come to your workshops and get my phone jail broken and unlocked?

I will be staying on the Bay road where the crew ships dock, would your workshops be close to there?

How long would it take to jail break and Unlock and what is the cost, I would like to wait while the service is being carried out

Mike $50 down

Loyal Customer. I have been going to A to Z Wireless for quite some time now. I've purchased some phones from them as well as had some phones unlocked. I was very delighted with their service and I referred a few friends to them. They were able to fix my broken iPhone after I had reset the phone (they told me not to). It took a few days, but it was still fixed.

When you drop off a phone overnight they will give you a slip so that when you come back you are able to get your phone back. I don't see how they could lose it according to Caredrugs? I've also had the pleasure to speak with Amin and Eric ... they are really nice and do their best to make sure you are happy when you walk out the door. They even give you loaner phones if you do need to drop your phone off overnight.

For anyone who needs a phone unlocked or fixed - I highly recommend these guys. They are very knowledgable and know what they are doing. If you don't believe, check it out for yourself!

Worst customer service. Stole 2 of My I-phones. I took an I-phone with an error to fix, I was told to come back for it. I went back to the store and some guy named Amin tells me that they can't find my I-phone but it was unrepairable anyway. I thought it's OK, it happens. My next I-phone's screen broke, I decided to take it back to that store to repair. 2 week later my wife went back to the store to pick it up without a receipt, she was told that they can't find and insisted on my wife bringing the receipt. She was told if she keeps her phone there over 30 days they own it it says so on the receipt. I could find my receipt to provide them. I called and talked to a guy called Eric, he was the rudest sales person I have ever seen. He said they don't care they need the receipt or I have no proof I took my I-phone to their store. Bottom line this was my only resort to justice. But I am sure THEY DON'T CARE.
