In Short
This all inclusive bodywork studio offers clients yoga and pilates classes, monthly workshops, massage and physical therapy. Trained professionals specialize in various yoga disciplines such as Vinyasa and Ashtanga. Classes of all levels take place in the bright, open studio with frosted windows and sky-light. Ginseng Yoga is awesome. Everyone is so nice. Such positivity. Great karma! The studio is absolutely gorgeous and extremely conducive to a concentrated yoga practice. You are so able to lose yourself in the flow. I will say that a lot of the classes are focused towards a more intermediate to advanced level. There is a beginner class, but it is only once per month. Also, some classes seem to require previous gymnastics and dance experience, especially with classes taught by Michael. This isn't necessarily negative, in fact, it's amazing. Michael is clearly at a level that is much to be admired. Amanda is my favorite teacher at the studio and I would actually recommend her Saturday morning class to the beginner/intermediate level. I can't say enough good things about this place. CHECK IT OUT!!!

Pros: Incredible Instructors, Amazing Ambience, Great Location

Cons: Price is a little above average, Some classes are extremely advanced
