Experienced, Knowledgeable Professionals. As an agent who has worked with Bonita Vista Escrow on transactions that have ranged from Bank owned, Short Sale and traditional transactions. Both on the buyers and sellers side, I can honestly say that Bonita Vista Escrow is a top notch escrow company. Having worked with numerous escrow companies throughout San Diego and the state. I can tell you from my own personal experiences with them in my transactions is that the depth of knowledge, professionalism and experience that their Escrow Officers have are hard to beat. The escrow officer that I worked with on my recent transaction was Garrett Perry. He is quick and to the point, but is professional. These are details my team and my clients can appreciate, at a time when short sales can go to foreclosure over a day or a per Diem assessed for not closing on time, I appreciate the urgency and hard work escrow officers like Garrett provide. I would work with Garrett again and would not hesitate to do so.
WONDERFUL SERVICE. I have been a real estate investor for over 35 years, acquiring over 75 pieces of property and dealing in over 200 escrow transactions. My good friend told me about Bonita Vista Escrow, Inc and never thought I would experience such professionalism and outstanding customer service. I don't know why I have not found this company before. When you deal with as many companies as I do and recognize a good one, thank your lucky stars. I have a lot of followers and I will spread the word.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. It was awful. Garrett, the escrow agent, had a horrible attitude. Said things were 24/7 -- lie. That's just lip service. I've worked in real estate, so I know what is and isn't common.
Just horrible customer service. Expected me to leave my office in the middle of the day to sign docs -- asked what happened to 24/7 and he got snippy.
He also seemed to have some personal vendetta with my loan officer he was insistent on taking out on me. Oh, and he emailed my loan officer and realtor and "tattled" that I missed his ONE call.
Argumentative, poor customer service, horrible attitude, and completely unyielding.
worst service I have ver had. I was left 4 voice messages to sign a paper that was in no way a neccesary paper. When I called to complain about being hounded the manager/owner said it is there duty to hound me even if I am at work. She had a horrible attitude, did not want to fix the problem, and was just protecting her employees.
