Dishonest SEARS. 9-1/2 months and 11, 400 miles ago SEARS did a complete brake job on my truck.

ALL PARTS AND LABOR WERE THEN GUARANTEED THROUGH THEIR WARRANTY FOR 18 MONTHS OR 18,000 MILES.

The pads failed and destroyed the brake rotors that SEARS had worked on before. SEARS wanted $600 to now do the job that was supposed to be under warranty.

I was visibly upset, so they dropped the price to just under $500

Still upset, SEARS dropped the job to $400.

Dishonest to try and charge at first a high price for work that is under warranty and then drop it twice to still see if you will pay to have the job done.

I will repair somewhere else and have SEARS pay for it in small claims along with all my time and effort spent on this matter. Wasted my time and hard earned money getting it repaired at SEARS and thinking their warranty would be honored...well, honorably.

BAD Aplliance Repair Service. I bought a refrigerator, it broke twice! The first time I had no fridge for 1month the second time I had no fridge for 2 weeks! Living out of a cooler when you have 3 kids sucks! Service aoppointments take several days or even over a week to get even in an emergency. They never have the parts, then they order parts that are "backordered". They have not shown up for 3 appts. and blamed me for not confirming appointments that are documemnted as being "confirmed." SEARS SERVICE SUCKS!!! DON'T BUY APPLIANCES FROMS SEARS!!!!
