crappy customer service at the pro shop/ok lanes. Decent place to bowl. Crappy customer service especially at the pro shop. The guy that works there seems deeply uninterested in being there. My dad asked a few questions about bowling and the guy was as curt as you possibly could be. He did a half a** job on my bowling ball and then got an attitude when I told him the hole was too tight. The other employees are marginal at best

Not recommended!!. My personal experience with this bowling alley is this - my family, my sister's family and my sister in laws family (a total of 11 people) went there to bowl. Because there was 11 of us, we needed 2 lanes. We brought 2 coupons - the ones mailed in Valupaks. The employee, Danae, said she couldn't honor both coupons as we were considered one party. Now, we drove 3 cars and come from 3 different households but just because we walked in together, they wouldn't allow both coupons. And even though the coupon CLEARLY READ 1 coupon per lane, they still wouldn't take both of them. I made the mistake of asking for the manager who turned out to be a real piece of work!

I believe this is a clear case of FALSE ADVERTISING and filed my complaint with the Brunswick Corporate office as well as the Better Bus. Bureau. If anyone else should have this problem, I urge you to do the same. After speaking with the General Manager of Brunswick Premier Lanes, he stated that the corporate office mails out those coupons without their knowledge but if it's a communication problem between the Brunswick Corporate Office and Premier Lanes, why should the consumer be the one punished?

Great place to bowl. This was me and my husband first-time bowling... the employees were courteous, fun and helpful.... the atmosphere was great for family or couple. This is a place for clean and fun entertainment.
