dirty... Very rude girl behind the counter. She wraps your food without washing her hands after ringing people up. Beware of the salsa bar that is not cooled properly. Look around at how dirty the place is...The health Dept needs to take the A off the window befour they make anymore people sick. They also dump waste out their back door on the ground.

This food can make you extremely ill. My wife and I used to get the Panchos Nachos every Saturday morning for breakfast. A month ago we both got very sick within an hour of eating the nachos. We did not go back for a month until we decided to give Los Panchos the benefit of the doubt and went back last Saturday on the 31st of May and got the nachos. This time I got so sick that I had a severe fever and nearly had to go to the hospital. Anyone considering eating at Los Panchos across from South Western Junior College need to beware. We went back and got bitten twice. I do not recommend this restaraunt to anyone.
