Delta Property Management

My husband and I have been managers of a rental property for Delta Property Management for over 14 years. During our tenure with Delta we have been treated with the utmost professionalism. Over the years my husband has had two surgeries and a serious job related injury. I have had four major surgeries that required substantial recovery time. The supervisors at Delta were extremely understanding and considerate. In fact they went out of their way to accomodate our needs.

During the course of my duites should any unforseen issue arise I can always contact Delta and a supervisor is always available to assist me in the matter. They do their best to resolve the issue by working with the tenant and still maitain their responsibility to the owner of the property.

Delta Property Management is both an ethical and fair employer as well as a responsible management company. They care about their tenants and the managers they employ to maintain a safe and desirable place in which to live.

Should a tenant be evicted or given notice, I guarantee there is a valid reason. Why would they not want a good paying responsible tenant? If an employee is fired; why would they fire a responsible hard working employee? The answers are obvious . . .

Treat their tenants like dirt and it is a horrible experience living at one of their properties!!

Never move to a Delta property management property. They treat all their tenants like they are poor and trashy. No respect given at all.
