A "Crown" Jewel in La Mesa. A client of Piccone’s Hair Studio for over 8 years, I have been consistently impressed by the talent, professionalism and high ethical standards of its owner, Michelle. She is an experienced and skilled color specialist who carefully studies a client’s hair, listens closely to the client’s preferences and then provides her insightful observations and recommendations. For my hair, Michelle combines highlights and lowlights which creates a rich, natural looking blend of colors as well as depth and dimension.

I especially like that Michelle devotes full one-on-one attention to each client as she schedules only one customer during a specific time block. She periodically updates her skills by attending classes and keeps current on the latest hair trends.

Piccone’s Hair Studio has a warm ambience accented by Michelle’s own creative decorating touches. A wall of picture windows provides an abundance of light and contributes to the intimate, tranquil atmosphere. The studio is also impeccably clean and neat. Conveniently located near the center of La Mesa, it is easily accessible from several freeways and has the added amenity of free parking, only steps from the studio’s entrance.

Cognizant of today’s economic climate, Michelle keeps the rate for her services very reasonable. From my initial visit to my latest, Michelle has always been courteous, respectful and professional. I enthusiastically recommend her services to anyone looking for talented color work and/or a precision hair cut.
