Do not use this agency...

This is the most unprofesional place. there staff is very under trained and they have un lisenced care gicers giving medication to elderly seniors. They dont understand the danger this can bring. I would never leave my loved one with this staff!!

Bright and well trained caregivers!

I demanded copies of Background checks on every nurse sent to my mother and a copy was provided promptly! When I needed medication set up they furnished me with an LVN through the nurses Registry and I had to pay more for that. They NEVER had unlicensed personnel administering meds.

I am one of the administrators of this company and have been working for 10 years of the 20 years they have been in business

I am disheartened when I see the slander that goes on the internet from either disgruntled ex-employees or possibly competitors who will lower themselves to any dirty level to recruit clients.

I work with the best caregivers in town!! And i mean it. We are very strict and we are extremely careful about keeping the quality high, therefore, at times we have to terminate unqualified or less than high standard caregivers. I have seen them take retalitory action by trying to blemish our good name. I have never seen more dedicated people than the staff I work with at Kensington Agency. We are all educated and ethical people. I believe strongly that you never will know unless we have the opportunity to serve you. We have had the honor of caring for literally thousands, yes, thousands of clients through-out the decades and currently care for many. Our current and past clients are more than willing to give us an excellent reference. We specialize in Alzheimer's, Parkinson's Disease, Cancer Care, Hospice, heart Conditions, Diabetis, and all other diseases that affect geriatrics. What I cannot deny is that we have so many references from caregivers and clients in San Diego all over the county-Credible longstanding clients and caregivers alike, that it is easy to show that this faceless nameless entity on the internet has no credibility but a vendetta. All small businesses have to endure hardships, especially now. We are a service business and we have to work countless hours that we never are paid for. But at the end of the day we love what we do! We are working with every one elses grand parents and we love them all. We offer references to all our new clients. We recommend that whomever you use ASK FOR REFERENCES!! We give them freely. We have been in business for 20 years. We have an A rating with the Better Bus Bureau. An A rating after 20 yearsI That speaks volumes. I give our organization 5 stars-and My co-workers are the hardest working, biggest hearted, people I know. I enjoy working with them.
