Pandesals and Bibingka Are Not Worth The Price!. A friend told me to visit this bakery if i am ever in San Diego, I did, and what a waste of gas. I totally went for the pandesal which is supposed to be the best in the area, they're not. They are very light, so light that it feels like eating air. Their Bibingka is obnoxiously expensive and SALTY! Of course I tasted it after I got home. Now the lady behind the counter also needs to be attentive to her customers. A couple of her friends I guess walked in while she was helping me, and man she couldn't even wait to finish up with my purchase before she started gabbing with her friends. I should charge my friend $12.50 plus gas money.

The bakery that's like home!. This bakery has the best and largest array of bread products. I specially love the Obama Pandesal and Brazo de Pacquiao. And of course, the regular pandesal. I should commend the owner for creating products that are unique only to the bakery such as Genesis Loaf, PAcquiao Punch, Ube McPuno, Cheese Bowling, Siete Coronas de Pacquiao and many others. The owner's bread-making creativity has no parallel in San Diego, and for that matter, in America.

Fresh & Yummy at Reasonable Prices. This bakery has the largest number of bread products and rice cakes in all of San Diego. My all-time favorites are the cheese bowling, braso de Pacquiao, Obama chicken pandesal and the different varieties of bibingka, puto and kutchinta. I especially like the Ube McPuno; it's a good gift on occasions like Valentine's Day and birthdays. The traditional pandesal is the best. I think the biggest strength of this bakery is its fresh and yummy products that are reasonably priced. Well, being there for more than 20 only means that people trust the bakery with their daily nourishment. That says a lot! Thank you Richard's Bakery, and I mean The Original Richard's Bakery!.

Excellent Products, Reasonable Prices. Most about everything is good in this bakery, my choice store for pandesal, puto, bibingka, kuchinta, cheese bowling and also smoothies. Lately, I fell in love with the Obama Pandesal. I think it's the bakery's best product todate. I always come here, if also for the warm attention by the owner and her equally friendly staff. Try being there and you'll see what I mean. The service is extraordinary, the bread excellent, and the price reasonable.
