low-end customer service

Expect not the good old American customer service here. Rudeness seems to be the standard. Common courtesy is a premium—no friendly smiling employee here, they won't offer much help if any, anymore than thank you for your business. It's their regulation culture in all their branches all over and it stinks more than their fish. I won't recommend this place to a friend.
