Puchased a used certified vehicle and the whole experience only took me just over 2 hours (including getting my trade-in apprasied). The saleman "Willy" was a nice guy and seemed to be genuine. I than dealt with their "closer" Alberto and again a great guy and after a little negotiation gave me a fair price for my trade-in. They also provided me with a CarFax that was linked to the vehicle right off their website. Out of the many cars I've purchased over the years this place and Brecht treated me the best. Maybe I was just lucky that day but I would recommend people to them.

My son Brian had previously informed me of your professional approach to working with other members of his family when the time for purchasing a new vehicle arose. Now that we have worked through you to acquire our new Grand Cherokee, it is evident to me that our son's confidence in you is well founded. You personally ensured by virtue of an inter-dealership trade that my wife obtained precisely the vehicle she was looking for. Much to our liking, there was no need for negotiating on either the vehicle itself or the price we would be paying resulting in a virtually stress-free purchasing experience. Please know that it was a pleasure meeting with you and to find ourselves in possession of the finest vehicle my wife has owned to date. Although we intend to drive our Jeep for many years, I am certain another vehicle purchase will transpire somewhere in our future. When that time comes, we will turn to you.

I recently purchased a new vehicle at Mccune, every other dealership wanted to put me into an old cluncker because I have limited credit. I dont have bad credit, I just have no car credit. After going from dealer to dealer and being bounced around I stopped by Mccune where I also met Willy, an outstanding sales person as is mentioned about him in another post, Sergio the Sales Manager also greeted and introduced himself which I liked, I did not get greeted by one single manager at any of the other dealerships I went to, you dont see that nowadays, they all seem to be hiding behind a wall which I suppose some people overlook, not me. Sergio was extremely helpful, gave me some good solid advice and we were on our way. After my purchase my husband and I checked if we got a good deal and a good interest rate with a family trusted bank that weve used for years, I am very happy to mention that they told me I got an outstanding deal at Mccune. Willy and Sergio were awesome. Definately an A+ experience. Thank you Willy.
