Don't Believe the Negative

My wife always had excellent service from Dr. Haddad himself. He is worth waiting to see.

We've had nothing but sterling service from them. When our son smashed his teeth into something, they took us in without any appointment, and saw him almost immediately.

Vivian has never been anything but polite and courteous with us.

One mark against them was one of the young dentists there did not listen to my wife when she had a problem. He did not fix it. When I got the bill, I sent the full payment as well as a letter explaining that I was not happy with how my wife was treated. Vivian called me the next day, apologized, and shredded my check. I've never had any doctor refuse payment before.

Dr. Haddad is the best one to see; we won't see any other dentist there.

Rude Receptionist

Let me preface this by saying that Dr. Haddad and his dental assistants are great, but I gave this office such a shoddy review because of their rude receptionist, Vivian. Once you get past her, all is fine and dandy, and like the other reviews state- the people beyond the front desk are hilarious and make the visit entertaining.

Dr. Haddad has a lot of skill and makes his patients feel at ease. He does have a delicate hand, allowing a visit to his office a less painful experience than most. Vivian, however, spoils all of this. She not only is rude, she is condescending. I had gone to this office many times in the past, but stopped going because it was so far from my home. Recently, I moved to an area closer to his practice and in lieu of a recent tooth ache, I decided to go to someone I was more familiar with. Clearly, Vivian doesn't give a crap about how she treats their new or returning clients. I tried booking an appointment and she told me that the doctor would be leaving on holiday soon and that she would see what could be done about rearranging the existing appointments and that she would return my phone call. After hours had passed, I called back to see if anything had been arranged. She told me that she didn't see a point in giving someone who hadn't been to their office in 5 years priority. Well, excuse me! I thanked her for her time and hung up the phone. After all, there are many dentist offices out there that are happy to take my hard earned cash.

The way I see it, I was a loyal patient for a number of years, but her remarks are simply uncalled for. It would have been more appropriate to say that she simply couldn't fit me in, but she just HAD to make that snippy comment. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time she has been rude. I recall a few instances in the past when she had been rather harsh as well, so needless to say, when I called looking for an appointment this time around, I was a bit hesitant...for good reason!

In any case, the only way I'll return to that dentist is if her ass gets canned. You shouldn't deal with patients who are in need of medical assistance if you can't at least be nice to them.

Best Dental office EVER!!!

These guys are great...Our kids don't even mind going to the dentist anymore because it feels like we are going to see family. The dentist spends extra time talking to them about their check up and the hygenists are hilarious....almost makes you wish like you could move your mouth more to talk to them.

We love the receptionist, Vivian and everyone else here! They take the "sting" out of anything you are getting done.

My kids especially like looking at the fish tank, as well.

You really can't go wrong here!!!

The receptionist....

If you are HUMAN and are going to forget anything, forget that crazy nut job who complained about the receptionist. She has been extremely nice to me and all my friends that I have referred to Eddie Haddad. Plus, she is not the one working on your mouth so does it really matter if the receptionist if having a bad day? c'mon now! And I think Eddie has got to be one of the best dentist out there. Dr Richard Mercado is another great dentist too.

I would never go to another dentist!

I hate the dentist but I love Dr Haddad's practice. The Dr. is well trained and has a way of making me feel very comforted and the staff makes me feel like family. The receptionist Vivian has been very caring and helpful! I would never go to another dentist. EVER!
