Awesome Food, Service, and Wine List.
We went here by recommendation of a friend for Restaraunt Week, and were certatinly "Wow-ed". It's a litlte hidden in a old strip mall in Encinitas, but walk in and you'll feel quite comfortable with and an urban, traditional feel. Great service, and you pay for what you get. It's not cheap, but you get amazing food, service, and a wonderful wine selection. I think everyone we were with loved their entree the best, and we all gushed over out food. I had the blue-cheese crusted filet, and it was mouth-watering. Just when we thought it couldn't get tastier-they brought out dessert. Their infamous apple tart was pretty amazing, but I think we all agree it was the butterscotch pear-pot took the cake!
Great place-we'll definately go back-when we can afford it!

Fresh and satisfying bistro fare, plus a classy, well-lit dining room, set this sophisticated Encinitas spot apart..
In Short
The earthy red and green tones of North County's blissful neighborhood eatery mirror the crisp, healthy cuisine served there. While it's popular for business lunches and casual dinner dates, the restaurant also offers fixed price menus and catering. For lunch, find light possibilities like seafood sandwiches and salads. Bluefin tuna, roasted garlic chicken and a shellfish bake round out the dinner menu. On Saturday afternoons, Savory has a classy afternoon tea with pastries and champagne.
