Rudest Sales People EVER!!. I have just dealt with a salesman named Justin for the 20th time. Each time he has tried to talk to the owner using different ruses. Since we are an accounting business, Justin tries to contact us by saying he has a 1099 issue and will only speak to the owner, or he calls and asks for the owner by name stating that they are friends. When he can't get through to the owner, he is either insulting or hangs up. I have had enough. Apparently he doesn't realize that you should be nice to the person who answers the phone. The owner does NOT want to talk to these people nor do business with this company because they have misrepresented themselves as a company that also helps Veterans and the products are of mediocre quality.

After writing this review, we will be blocking all numbers that come in from this place. The ones that do get through will not be handled so nicely!!

PS The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because this review requires a rating before publishing.

Always some thing wrong. So being in a new area, I needed my name out there and thought Veterans sales person was funny and they were offering a reasonable price for the Pen's that I wanted. I ordered multi because if I ordered one color (blue) I would have had to pay more, got the pens they write great, the shirt clip is flimsy and breaks very easily but hey it's a nice pen, but not one blue pen was sent with my order. Next time Pensellenhelen called she wanted me to buy shopping bags, I told he about the blue pens .. well if I buy the shopping bags she'll send me 100 pens (all blue) free .. so I bit got the blue pens and Credit card was charged and never received the bags, I called left several messages and never got a return call, finally my friend PennSellenHelen calls me i told her I never got the bags she transferred my call to the guy that I had been leaving messages ons email and he told me that they ran out of the size I ordered and they would "upgrade" to the larger bag, got the larger bag a week later then they said it would be and there is not bottom insert to keep it steady.. no no there is more, I go another call bought still more stuff .. Pencils this time for the kids at Halloween, she assured me they would be there by the 17th ( they arrived the 19th ok I'll give them 2 days) the neon pencils came in red blue green yellow and orange, my box only had green yellow and orange in it they had ink splattered all over them all of them sharpened and on them besides my name was a little Halloween witch ( I didn't ask for nor did I discuss this) Well now because of bad weather the Halloween stroll was canceled and I have a box of pencils that can only be given out at Halloween. Honestly they were willing to fix what I complained about but who wants to complain all the time, you decided if using them is worth it. I think I am going elsewhere next time I need something.

owner and crazy salesman is same guy. If this nut keeps calling and you and his number is unlisted so you can't block it then block the numbers 858-292-8578

and 858-598-2904 So far he has called and tormented us using both of those phone numbers. I will write a new Review for each time he calls us from now on and give more numbers for people to block. People are behind bars for being less crazy than this nut.

October 27 ----He called again---He knows he will never sell us any of his junk again but he just loves to call and shout at us over the phone. This time his 3 was 598-2908----one more to block.

RUDE & PUSHY. My boss, being the nice guy that he is agreed to buy koozies & pens. The sales rep sent the product & charged the company more than he said it was going to cost. The pens do not even write. Since then he will not stop calling, he has actually cussed @ me several times ( i suppose he didn't realize I make financial decisions for the company) explained to me how he has helped my boss out for over 2yrs with his business & started a friendship (business has not even been in business for 2yrs) We have caller ID and he would call & hang up..finally he called & got my boss which is also my brother, & tried to get me fired! He told my boss that he had a family to feed & needed to make a sale & would not stop so finally my boss got rude right back! Since then he has not called. I know he may hv been working on commission but that is not the way to sell. He demanded me to give him his cell # because he needed to talk to him..all kinds of crazy stuff!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

AWEFUL PEOPLE WORK HERE. I live and work in New Orleans, LA. These people call me constantly to market my company, and they are always nice until I tell them I do not have time to talk to them. Then they take shots at me and are extremely rude to me.

Today, I had two reps from this company call me at the same time, one on each of the only two lines I have in my office. I am the only person here today, so I told each of them that I didn not have time for them right now and that they were jamming my phone lines. I explained to one of them that because they are jamming my phone lines with marketing calls that I am not interested in, I can not sell any insurance. The guy over there named Rob said I sound like a real charmer and I probably don't sell much insurance anyway.

These people have no respect for other people and their business. I hope they read this, because they need to shape up there sales team over there. Sometimes people are not interested, but most of the time, we are just busy trying to help customers and make money like everyone else. Thay should respect that, but they don't. Very rude people over there.

I love these guys!!. I just opened my new Floral Shop this past April and Veterans Promotions was one of my first calls. I ordered Pens from them as a promotional item and LOVED! them. All my customers do also and I just recieved my second order of pens. This summer I ordered the recycle bags as another promotional item and my customers love them also. I am always tickled to receive a call from them and even when I don't order, they are always gracious and friendly. I look forward to doing business with them for many years to come.
