Selena is a Pilates genius!

My husband and I have been taking pilates with Selena DiPaolo for several months, and we are both astounded with the results.

My husband is a hair stylist and was ailing with a variety of aches and pains due to the nature of his job. I am so grateful that Selena's teaching has been enjoyed outside of the studio as well as during our sessions. She has given my husband a new sense of body awareness and skills that he can use at work and at the gym. He is now working and working out stronger and safer.

Best Pilates In San Diego!

Pilates People has a beautiful spa like feel, with still the good old fashioned 'mom and pop' roots. The Pilates equipment is set up in the large room surrounded by large windows with lots of natural light beaming in. There is plenty of space for several sessions to occur at once, as well as plenty of equipment and supplies readily available. My clients love the fresh towels and 'sassy water' as they call it (ice water with different fruit cut up each day).

Clean, organized and super friendly. I love working here and I know that it is a fabulous place for anyone looking for Pilates, massage, acupuncture and/or physical therapy.

Doreen is one of the best physical therapists I have ever worked with and stopped my back pain! And with the pilates work after therapy, I have seen results i didn't think i could achieve.
