I have lived here for almost 2 years. in that time, I have had 1 bike stolen and one vandalized beyond repair in the garage. In addition, one convertible top sliced up and the contents of the vehicle (over 5k$$) stolen, and another vehicle dented (over 1K$$ in damage) and then, on a separate occasion, keyed with obscenities requiring a paint job. Also, I have called the local police to report a suspicious (stealing a bicycle) person in the garage. The property is loud. Outlying apartments deal with noise from the train that stops just behind it. Interior apartments are loud from noise echoing from the center courtyard that is not locked until 10pm. in addition, several outside corners of the property are frequently loaded with crazy homeless people and often smell like pet urine. The elevators frequently are vandalized with obscenities or broken and the parking garage is shared (there is a fence between the two sections, however it is open to pedestrians) with an avis rental car company allowing access to anyone.
Pros: located close to downtown
