Don't live here. I've lived here for 3 years, and when we first moved in it was a pretty good deal at $1400 a month for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath... and it should be considering the complex is within spitting distance of the 5, which is noisy and of course smoggy. Now that they've jacked the rent up every year by $100 I have to say that it's no longer a deal to live here, and we'll be looking to move soon. Also, the office staff are some of the rudest most unaccommodating people I've ever had to deal with.
