I take classes here and really enjoy it. The studio is busy and there are a lot of students. The cool thing is that each student gets weekly private lessons, so everyone gets personal attention. The group classes are fun and are always different. The work-outs are good and will get your sweating, plus you learn how to defend yourself in a lot of different circumstances. The school teaches shaolin kempo and is focused on practical self defense. They do sparring, self defense stand up and grappling, and weapons defenses. Some of the students also train with weapons like the spear and nunchuks, but I haven't started doing that yet. I highly recommend this school. Just try a free lesson like I did and you will see how great it is.
Pros: Practical self defense training that really works, energetic classes, great instructors
Cons: Sunday hours are by appointment only
